動態(tài)壓差平衡閥,亦稱自力式壓差控制閥、差壓控制器、穩(wěn)壓變量同步器、壓差平衡閥等,它是用壓差作用來調(diào)節(jié)閥門的開度,利用閥芯的壓降變化來彌補管路阻力的變化,從而使在工況變化時能保持壓差基本不變,它的原理是在一定的流量范圍內(nèi),可以有效地控制被控系統(tǒng)的壓差恒定,即當系統(tǒng)的壓差增大時,通過閥門的自動關(guān)小動作,它能保證被控系統(tǒng)壓差增大反之,當壓差減小時,閥門自動開大,壓差仍保持恒定。自力自身壓差控制閥,在控制范圍內(nèi)自動閥塞為關(guān)閉狀態(tài),閥門兩端壓差超過預(yù)設(shè)定值,閥塞自動打開并在感壓膜作用下自動調(diào)節(jié)開度,保持閥門兩端壓差相對恒定。
