KBD系列潤(rùn)滑油專(zhuān)用濾油機(jī)
用途范圍：
廣泛用于電力、冶金、礦山、機(jī)械、化工、交通、制造、食品等行業(yè)，對(duì)不合格的液壓油、液力傳動(dòng)油、冷凍機(jī)油、機(jī)械油、壓鑄機(jī)油、空壓機(jī)油、齒輪油、熱處理油、抗磨液壓油、乳化特別嚴(yán)重的油、水分過(guò)多的油等企業(yè)廢油、污油，注塑機(jī)油、汽缸油、紡織機(jī)油、高速機(jī)械用油，等高精度的潤(rùn)滑油的再生過(guò)濾凈化處理。
能快速脫除潤(rùn)滑油液中的水分、氣體及雜質(zhì)等油液中的有害成份，提高油液的潤(rùn)滑性能，減少油液因水分或雜質(zhì)含量過(guò)重對(duì)用油設(shè)備的銹蝕或腐蝕，延長(zhǎng)用油設(shè)備的使用壽命。

1) 聚結(jié)分離與真空脫水相結(jié)合，分水裝置采用行業(yè)優(yōu)秀的高分子膜聚結(jié)分離技術(shù)，能迅速高效的從含水量高的潤(rùn)滑油中分離出大量水分和微水。

4) 不銹鋼席形網(wǎng)濾材可反復(fù)清洗使用，節(jié)能降耗，可有效多次反復(fù)利用。
5) 加熱采用最優(yōu)化的管路設(shè)計(jì)，確保加熱均勻，無(wú)死油區(qū)，油溫穩(wěn)定。
6) 人性化設(shè)計(jì)，雙紅外線液位控制系統(tǒng)，帶相序保護(hù)、過(guò)載保護(hù)、過(guò)壓保護(hù)的電氣自動(dòng)保護(hù)控制系統(tǒng)以及溫度恒定自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)，確保了操作簡(jiǎn)便，安全可靠。
7) 各種機(jī)械潤(rùn)滑油進(jìn)行凈化再生處理，即脫除油中的水溶性、氣體、機(jī)械雜質(zhì)、酸堿等有害物質(zhì)，且保證處理后的油品可提高其清潔度，并使運(yùn)動(dòng)粘度，閃點(diǎn)等達(dá)到國(guó)家使用油品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Applicable scope：
It is widely used in the fields of electric power, bllurgy, mining, machinery, chemical industry, communications, manufacturing, food stuff for purification or regeneration of hydraulic oil, shafting oil, refrigerator oil, machine oil, die-casting oil, air compressor oil, gear oil, heat treating oil, anti-wear hydraulic oil, emulsified oil, high water content oil ect. waste oil or contaminated oil, as well as injection molding oil, cylinder oil, textile knitting oil, high speed machinery oil, high precision lube oil.

3） H.P.M polymer adsorption material with Tongrui technology, utilizing high quality parts and sealing materials, meeting the requirement that high viscosity oil need high temperature in filtrating, extend ranges and types of oil to be filtrate-able.
4） Stainless steel filter elements with seats b nets are cleanable, economical, and reusable.
5） Heating BSstem utilized optimized piping design, ensures averagely heating, no bypassed area, stable oil temperature.
6） Humanized design, dual infrared liquid level control BSstem, relay protection, overload protection. Overload electric protection control BSstem and oil temperature stabilizing BSstem ensure eaBS operation and safety.
7） It is suitable for all sorts of lube oil purification and regeneration, to remove moisture, gas, mechanical impurities, acid ect. harmful substance, and ensure the cleanness of oil after treatment, make kinematic viscosity, flash point meet national standard.
8） After processing with this type of machine, the oil have low emulsification value, low water content, can be used in domestic or abroad high precision hydraulic lubricating equipments.
