特性:30Mn2通常經(jīng)調(diào)質(zhì)處理之后使用,其強(qiáng)度高,韌性好,并具有優(yōu)良的耐磨性能,當(dāng)制造截面尺寸小的零件時,具有良好的靜強(qiáng)度和疲勞強(qiáng)度,拉絲、冷鐓、熱處理工藝性都良好,切削加工性中等,焊 接性尚可, 一般不做焊接件,需焊接時,應(yīng)將零件預(yù)熱到200℃以上,具有較高的淬透性,淬火變形小,但有過熱、脫碳敏感性及回火脆性
