我公司生產(chǎn)得多功能切菜機(jī)采用螺旋刀盤切割，切面光滑，厚薄均勻，切面組織新鮮、不破壞纖維組織，切片尺寸可調(diào)，孔徑大小可定做。
機(jī)器外表美觀大方，整機(jī)采用不銹鋼制作，操作方便產(chǎn)量高,可以相當(dāng)于減輕幾個人的勞動力，大大降低了勞動成本，切片范圍1-7mm,切片的厚度可調(diào)，而且用途廣泛，可以切肉蓯蓉，蘋果、梨子，檸檬，香蕉、藕、苦瓜、黃瓜、土豆、紅薯、茄子等需要切圓圈片的蔬菜和水果。

安裝、調(diào)試：
使用前將機(jī)器放置在干燥、通風(fēng)的水平地面上，確保機(jī)器工作平穩(wěn)、可靠。使用前對各部位進(jìn)行檢查，緊固件是否在運輸途中松動，開關(guān)及電源線是否因運輸而破損，料斗或料盒內(nèi)是否有異物。檢查電源電壓是否與本機(jī)使用電壓相符合。將電源軟線伸長，把帶有接地符號的黃綠線芯可靠接地，把其余三條線芯（配置單相電動機(jī)時為兩條）分別接到開啟式負(fù)荷開關(guān)（閘刀開關(guān)）斷開時的引出端子上。工作前打開前門，用手撥動轉(zhuǎn)盤觀察是否有磕碰刀具的現(xiàn)象，如果有則將轉(zhuǎn)盤上的緊定螺栓松開，稍微向外移動轉(zhuǎn)盤，然后緊固緊定螺栓。閉合開啟式負(fù)荷開關(guān)，啟動開啟按鈕，視切刀運轉(zhuǎn)方向是否正確，從入料口觀察逆時針轉(zhuǎn)動為正確，否則調(diào)整電源線，待切刀運轉(zhuǎn)方向正確后空載試運轉(zhuǎn)，各部位無異常方可試機(jī)。
