現(xiàn)場支持和故障恢復承諾
現(xiàn)場支持是指客戶在使用設備過程中遇到疑難問題或設備出現(xiàn)不正常狀態(tài)時，通過電話或傳真向公司尋求技術支持和幫助。公司在確認客戶的服務請求后，如果不能通過電話進行故障診斷和解決的故障現(xiàn)象，將立即派遣技術人員趕赴現(xiàn)場進行處理，最終進行解決。
