既可以使用填料也可以使用機(jī)械密封，可以在不拆卸泵蓋的情況下更換密封裝置。軸承獨(dú)特的軸承體設(shè)計(jì)使軸承可采用油脂或稀油潤(rùn)滑，軸承的設(shè)計(jì)壽命10萬(wàn)小時(shí)以上，也可使用雙列推力軸承和封閉軸承。材料根據(jù)用戶的實(shí)際需要，S型中開(kāi)泵的材料可為銅、鑄鐵、球鐵、316不銹鋼、416；7銹鋼、雙向鋼、哈氏合金、蒙耐合金，鈦合金及20號(hào)合金等材料。安裝方式′S型泵有兩種安裝方式一水平安裝和立式安裝。

AH型泵為懸臂、臥式離心渣漿泵。適用于冶金、礦山、煤炭、電力、建材等工業(yè)部門輸送強(qiáng)磨蝕、高濃度渣漿。該類型泵也可以多級(jí)串聯(lián)使用。 M、AH、HH型泵的泵體具有可更換的耐磨金屬內(nèi)襯或橡膠內(nèi)襯，葉輪采用耐磨金屬或橡膠材料。

泵體泵蓋及過(guò)流部件：該系列泵為臥式、垂直中形式、雙泵殼結(jié)構(gòu)渣漿泵。泵體和泵蓋帶有可更換的金屬內(nèi)襯，內(nèi)襯材質(zhì)為高鉻耐磨合金材料，內(nèi)襯可一直用到磨穿為止，延長(zhǎng)維修周期，降低運(yùn)行成本。泵的出口方向可按8個(gè)角度旋轉(zhuǎn)安裝。

 軸承組件：泵的軸承組件采用圓筒式結(jié)構(gòu)，便于調(diào)整葉輪與前護(hù)板的間隙，維修時(shí)可整體拆出。軸承采用油脂潤(rùn)滑。

傳動(dòng)方式：有V型三角帶傳動(dòng)、彈性聯(lián)軸傳動(dòng)、齒輪減速箱傳動(dòng)、液力偶合器傳動(dòng)、變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置、可控硅調(diào)速等。其中V型三角帶傳動(dòng)有 CL、CV、CR、ZL、ZV、ZR傳動(dòng)。
