Na+-K+泵 ——實際上就是Na+-K+ATP酶,存在于動植物細胞質(zhì)膜上,它有大小兩個亞基,大亞基催化ATP水解,小亞基是一個糖蛋白.Na+-K+ATP酶通過磷酸化和去磷酸化過程發(fā)生構(gòu)象的變化,導(dǎo)致與Na+,K+的親和力發(fā)生變化.大亞基以親Na+態(tài)結(jié)合Na+后,觸發(fā)水解ATP.每水解一個ATP釋放的能量輸送3個Na+到胞外,同時攝取2個K+入胞,造成跨膜梯度和電位差,這對神經(jīng)沖動傳導(dǎo)尤其重要,Na+-K+泵造成的膜電位差約占整個神經(jīng)膜電壓的80%.若將純化的Na+-K+泵裝配在紅細胞膜囊泡(血影)上,人為地增大膜兩邊的Na+,K+梯度到一定程度,當梯度所持有的能量大于ATP水解的化學(xué)能時,Na+,K+會反向順濃差流過Na+-K+泵,同時合成ATP.
